He was really professional and, on top of that, a great man. I highly suggest him and will utilize his services again in a heartbeat!
I was incredibly impressed with the service I received from them. They showed up on time, were personable, and completed the job quickly. The price was also very reasonable.
This is the fourth time in five years that Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling has visited for unrelated AC services, and man, do I wish every vendor were as skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. have not yet been visited by a subpar technology; They're all familiar with electrical systems and get right to work. I have used them for a few years now, and I have to say that they're my go-to company for all things heating and cooling. They've always been able to diagnose the problem quickly, and they've never tried to sell me unnecessary services. They're also really friendly and easy to deal with—you can tell that they really love what they do!
I hired them to install a new furnace. They were incredibly professional, on-time, and did a great job of explaining what they were doing and why. My house is now more comfortable than ever!
