Kathy is a joy to work with .... She is one of the best at guiding clients thru the process and make is seamless.
I got in touch with Kathy through a friend who was also a client of hers when it came time to sell my Virginia Beach condo. This property had been on my books for a very long time due to a number of circumstances, AND I had to sell it remotely while living in Wisconsin...luckily Kathy made the entire process easy! She also helped me navigate some choppy waters towards the end of the sale. Highly recommended! (Kathy helped me sell my condo in 2021)
Kathy Hershy is and always has been amazing!!! I've dealt with multiple other agents in the past and she's the one I highly recommend to everyone that asks. She's my "forever" realtor now. Kathy is amazing. She went above and beyond helping us find our home. We decided to sell 3 years later and called her. She helped us through the process of preparing to sell, what to expect, scheduling showings, etc. We were under contract for full asking price within 2 weeks. Highly recommend.
