No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Would you recommend this family doctor to others? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs
