Kathy did an amazing job in selling our condo. She provided great advise on staging, pricing and marketing. She is the best!

We recently sold a home with Kathy Greenwell. She, along with her team provided outstanding support to prepare the house for sale and guide us through the process. We ended up with a quick offer/close that exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier. This was actually our 6th transaction with Kathy, and there's a reason we keep coming back...Kathy is hands down the best realtor we've worked with! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Selling a childhood home after the passing of my mother was not easy and Kathy Greenwell and team helped me get through it. I was very pleased with the photos used to list and recommendations to prepare the house for sale. I highly recommend Kathy & her team!
