Ms Kathy was very patient and was very accommodating for us who work nights - coming out to view a house first thing in the morning or late after five one time. She worked with us through the whole process and we never felt overwhelmed. She also gave us solid pointers to win a seller since it is a seller's market at the moment and we won the bidding with informed decision making.
