She does what she says she will do, and she does it well! Easy to trust. Easy to communicate with.
When I wanted to downsize, Kathy was instramental in getting me through the process. She is a good listener and a good communicator. She found the perfect single level townhome for me, right on the Phoenix/Scottsdale border and it even has a golf course view and pickleball courts. She answers her phone/texts immediately and is not one of hose agents who has you sign the paperwork and then disappears. I highly recommend her.
