Very unprofessional. I dealt with them twice and both times I was very disappointed in their lack of professionalism. The first time I scheduled a tour with one of their agents, he not only failed to show up at the agreed time but he also would not answer my phone calls or return my messages. I found that to be very odd. Unfortunately, my second experience with them produced the same result as a first. Refused to fix my split door frame because the door knob was still “functional”. Charlie Corn is very unprofessional and childish.
