I recently used Kathy's services to purchase my first home with a VA loan. I am beyond satisfied with the level of service and dedication I received. On the tail end of the loan process the appraisal of the unit I was purchasing was way too low. Kathy worked with the builder and the lender throughout the process to come up with an alternate route in a timely manner. Want an agent who insults the sellers property? Look no further! It’s one thing to leave constructive criticism and another to smear a house that your clients don’t like.
