Kathy is the WORST counselor we have ever had experience with. She is a nice person which make you think she is good, but she has no idea what she is doing. She made things worse for my wife, whom after talking to her psychiatrist, advised her to see another counselor in the area. We took that advise and the counselor she sees now (who is excellent) has said that she has heard negative things about her counseling.
I have been seeing Mrs. Byford for awhile and I find her to be the best counselor I've ever had. She has made a huge difference in my life and the lives of several family members.
