I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give a -0! My experience with Kathy Butler and her brokerage was extremely disappointing. I brought a buyer to the transaction, opened the file with my closing attorney, provided the purchase agreement, mortgage information, proof of funds, deposited my earnest money, and even paid $200 out of my own pocket to help the seller move belongings so the transaction could continue. I must truly say without any doubt Ms. Kathy Butler. Was very professional from start to finish. With working to get me the most for my home. She kept me informed on what I need to do in listing my home. To getting the best return on the house. I realize I couldn't have went with a bigger relator but I just felt like a number when I would think about it. And that wasn't the case with Ms.Butler she comes with her "A" game and the 25 years of experience truly showed. Thank you Ms. Butler for your expertise I highly recommend.
Ms. Kathy helped me on a rental matter and also got me the help that I needed. She also got me started on my journey to becoming a home owner. She also followed up for updates on the matter that she assisted me with.
