The stylist talks a lot, which is fine, but she was on the phone and did a sloppy job. During my visit, she made rude comments about my skin that felt like subtle bullying—I stayed quiet. I also had the first appointment of the day, but she asked me to let someone else go first. I agreed, but it felt unprofessional. Amazing vibes and love that they treat each other like family and their clients. Kat, SUCH an AMAZING soul and hands because every time, she never seems to fail when doing my hair. I come all the way from Santa Rosa area (Sonoma County) JUST FOR HER SERVICES. Haven't been able to find someone closer and reasonable in price so I stopped looking..
