We first met Kathy about 2.5 years ago when we were still unapproved for a home loan. While other realtors wouldn't even give us the time of day, Kathy took us under her wing, showed us a couple homes, and kept in touch with us until we were ready to buy our first home. Kathy was the transaction broker for a house I recently purchased in downtown Loveland. She is incredibly competent and knows her job inside and out. She was always available to answer any questions I had (and being a first time homebuyer I had many), and was extremely helpful and patient. All the referrals she gave me for home inspectors, plumbers, roofers, etc have been great to work with as well. I’d highly recommend Kathy to anyone who is looking for a realtor.
