Excellent service. Show up when expected, do the job and keep you informed throughout process, and clean up well before they leave. Furnace and HVAC unit and vents look spotless. Even took the time to pull out dryer and investigate and clean hose and interior vent portions. Ive priced other services and they were on par or beat them outright on price. Will definitely use again and will recommend to neighbors as well.
James and his staff were really polite and professional. They did an outstanding job of replacing my air filters and cleaning my air ducts. They were pleasant to work with, professional, and used innovative cleaning methods. They completed their task on time, and the end result was fantastic. Kathy Air Duct Cleaners experts arrived on time, after calling beforehand to confirm their arrival time. They immediately went to work, explaining to me what they were doing. Because we have just finished a renovation, I could hear the particles that were in our ducts getting sucked through the hose. They were fast, polite and a pleasure to have in the house.
Jim did a spectacular job cleaning the duct for my new home. He arrived on time, and patiently explained to me how the cleaning process works. He nicely answered my questions during the service. He was polite and prompt. My neighbor was so impressed with his demeanor and work that she asked for his contact after observing his work.
