My experience with Dr. Toler has been marvelous. She attends every question and/or concern that I have. Every time that I call the office, I'm answered by the most caring staff. Dr. Toler shows empathy and care towards my seizures. I know that if I ever need Dr. Toler and her staff, they are just a call away.
Dr. Toler was professional, informative, approachable and empathetic. She quickly made adjustments for unforeseen circumstances. Dr. Toler and her staff were all very caring and behaved in a friendly manner. After seven weeks, I have fully recovered and consider myself very fortunate to have had the skills, expertise and experience of Dr. Toler through this difficult time.
Dr. Toler is very professional and has a great bedside manner. She diagnosed me with MS and referred me to get testings within the same day. Overall, great experience.
Dr Toler was asked to refer me for physical and cognitive therapies, after suffering a serious brain concussion. Dr. Toler, however, "believes" such therapies are ineffective and refused referrals. In my opinion, Dr. Toler takes instructions from insurance companies to refuse such requests and perhaps fails to study medical updates, which would inform her of current thinking within the medical profession. I do not recommend anyone, with a serious injury, see Dr. Kathy A. Toler.
Not very caring, treats you because she gets payment from insurance no empathy.
