I’m absolutely obsessed with Kath’s Bakeshop! 💜 Everything is incredibly fresh and delicious. I am a fanatic for all of her ube offerings - ube bread bites, ube cinnamon rolls, ube cookies, ube brownies, and ube coffee! The shop itself is adorable, and everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. Easily a 10/10 and a must-try if you are in the Auburn-Opelika area!
I absolutely LOVE Kath’s! I found her at the Auburn City Market a few years ago and now that she has a brick and mortar, I can get her treats anytime I want! Every single thing I have had that she does is so good! 10/10 would recommend!! You will not be disappointed!
Kath’s Bakeshop is one of our favorite places to get a treat! The Yema Bread Bites are consistently delicious and our go-to item. Kath is incredibly kind and always remembers me and my husband, which makes every visit feel so welcoming. We can't recommend this place enough!!

Okay, so, cookie butter cinnamon rolls? Are you kidding me? Hands down the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. Check them out at the City Market and grab a chicken adobo bun while you walk around!
