It took forever just to be acknowledged but finally someone stopped to take my order. Service is slow, but the employees are friendly. I waited over an hour and the pasta i ordered arrived with no chicken, just noodles and sauce. (I intentionally asked that chicken be added.) Couldn't wait on it to be fixed because I didn't want the rest of my food to get cold. And I definitely didn't have another hour to wait.
Our experience at this restaurant was deeply uncomfortable and disappointing. From the moment we walked in, we were stared at and left standing for a long time without anyone acknowledging us. When a blonde waitress finally approached, she abruptly told us to 'find a seat ourselves' in a very unprofessional and unhelpful manner. I’m not sure if it’s because me and my boyfriend went on a Monday night or not. But we came here because it’s a steak and seafood place. He got the stuffed redfish and wasn’t satisfied with it. I got my steak and it looked good but it was rare (when I ordered medium). We sent it back and we were waiting about 20 minutes until my steak came back. My boyfriend was already done eating. Never consistent on temperatures, times, or service. Have tried a few times based on friends recommending and the helpfulness of some staff, but the most previous time did it for me. Would not suggest getting anything steak or app related. I expect to get the obvious AI reply as well, telling me this isnt the service I expect.
