First visit to salon. Called shortly after 8am and no answer. When connected was told they were short a stylist and were booked. Salon called backed and asked what services were needed (kids cut and eyebrow wax) and made appointment for 3pm. Arrived at 2:45 to two employees outside smoking. Entered salon and granddaughter directed to chair. Stylist did not introduce herself and failed to repeat reminders to 4yo to keep head down and straight.
