Horrible Experience So rude! I will never return to Kathryn's nor will I ever recommend this place.The staff member I came in contact with told me that I could try on just one dress and then I would need to make an appointment to come back because they (meaning the staff) was going to be too busy to help me. Very accommodating Jessica was very accommodating. I felt comfortable and had plenty of room to express my opinion. She was great! I will come again and schedule with Jess!
nice We went there and they had beautiful dresses and the ladies were very helpful and so nice--they always zipped upthe dress, took off dresses off mannequins for meto try on, etc.
Great staff Jessica was great! She knew exactly what I was looking for. She was very friendly and seem excited to help me find the perfect dress.
