The person that helped me choose a gown for my sons wedding was very helpful. I spent $480.00 on a beautiful gown. I trusted the seamstress they gave me for $130.00 worth of alterations. She ruined the dress. Everything she sewed was puckered badly. The tiers were supposed to be hemmed equally. One was 2" in the back and 4" in the front. When I saw it and said "what happened to my dress!", everyone ran away. The seamstress told me "to iron it" and "chiffon is hard to sew on". I can not say enough wonderful things about Kathryn's Bridal. I originally had an appointment at another shop to try on dresses, and when we showed up to our appointment we found out the business had closed! All of my family was together for this event. We started calling shop after shop getting denied for a last minute appointment, and low and behold Kathryn's was happy to have us come! What a positive experience there was no pressure or stress on me and thats how it should be when your shopping for a dress
We went there and they had beautiful dresses and the ladies were very helpful and so nice--they always zipped upthe dress, took off dresses off mannequins for meto try on, etc.
I went to Kathryn's to look for my wedding dress. I was a little nervous and not sure of what I wanted. Melissa was so patient and had great knowledge and insight about the dresses and the fit. I would recommend this shop over shops I went to in both Milwaukee and Chicago.
Katheryn was so nice and helpful. She helped me find exactly what I wanted and helped make my day so special THanks!
It was a great appointment. She looked at my pics and was able to pull the exact dress I wanted to try on. She pulled other dresses that fit and what was my taste and to my liking. She was patient when my family pulled other dresses.
