Dr. Katie can be counted on to have your back. You’re in good hands. All the puns intended! She is the MOST caring, thorough, and effective chiropractor I’ve worked with. She takes her time to understand the issues and why they might be happening and then provides targeted treatment beyond just adjustments, but also including things to do at home to enhance the treatments. I highly recommend!

Dr. Strangstalien takes personalized care to a new level. She took a very detailed history and used that to make a treatment plan that helped me achieve my wellness goals very quickly. She is a great adjuster and is very transparent and honest about how often she thinks you should make appointments. She is also very personable, remembering things I share about life happenings no matter how long it has been between appointments. I would recommend Dr. Strangstalien to anyone as she is one of the best in the business!
Dr Kathryn provides great, friendly and professional care! She is able to quickly pinpoint the problem area and provide relief. She has an aqua- massager which is also very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr Kathryn!
I went to see Dr. Strangstalien because of my severe hip pain after a fall on the ice. She listened to all of my issues and explained what she was going to do with compassion and empathy. She made me feel like she truly cared about helping me and that I wasn’t just a number. I would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone!
I've been seeing Dr Kathryn for over 7 years. She has always helped with my issues. I had a situation about a year and a half ago where my issue was not getting better. She did not hesitate to say that there might be other things going on. I do in fact have problems which she has been great helping me deal with. She is kind, caring, and always willing to help you.

I routinely visit Dr. Strangstalien for chiropractic care. She is professional and upbeat. I recently was unable to lift my right arm and it was painful. She determined that I had an impingement in both my neck and in my shoulder. After one adjustment it was 90% better. I was very thankful. I have another appointment coming to continue treating my shoulder. I also had hurt my neck on roller coasters at an amusement park, Dr Strangstalien was able to get my neck back in alignment. I am so grateful for her expert care.
