I called (on or around March 23rd) to Dr. Somer's office for an appointment. She was highly recommended by my Doctor. The recording specified i needed a referral. It was not required by my health insurance but I did it requardless. I called two days later, to make an appointment. I was then told by the receptionist, it would take 10 days for someone to call me back. Today is April 20th. Never received a call from her office. Very disappointed.
