Arrived 10 minutes late, first time here, got upstairs after going to the information desk. Appointment was cancelled by her. She did offer a later appointment at 1.5 later. But the point is life happens, there should be some compassion for new patients especially if its their first time at the facility and not egregiously late.
If I could give no stars I would. I had a terrible experience with Kathryn. This was my first time ever seeing this doctor, and it will definitely be my last. I got lost on the way and arrived only 10 minutes late (it supposed to be 15 mins grace period), but instead of showing any understanding or basic compassion, she refused to see me at all. Very professional and pleasant to work with.
Kathryn Sas and her team are the best. I usually don't go to anyone to complete my physical but I felt very comfortable with her.
