Kathryn Poole was efficient and friendly to me. New to town, I needed to establish with a family practice for regular care. Now, I've only visited once so far. But my appointment was on time, all staff were cheerful and quick, meeting and discussing my family history was thorough enough, but not tiringly so. I will see how things go after lab results are in. I expect to be chided for this and that.... and i hope to update after I see how that goes.
I sought a new doctor because i had been dreadfully ill for almost 2 years. I went to Poole and she diagnosed me immediately with severe anxiety. I am 52 and i take care of parents that are 94 and 92 years old and neither can walk. It's the hardest thing I've ever had to do and I'm slowly wasting away from all the stress of it. She prescribed me meds that i can't take and wouldn't help if i could. And refused to give me any real anxiety medication.
