My wife made me a 12:30 appointment for today. This was confirmed multiple times during the call. My wife also added it to our calendar and my alerts so it wouldn’t get missed while she was on the phone with the scheduler. Again multiple confirmations on the phone. I arrived today and was informed that they changed my appointment to 11:45. They made NO attempt to communicate this change. In fact there was no communication at all.
