Kathryn was very gentle. She provided clear instructions regarding how I should respond during the hearing exam. She also let me know the results of the exam prior to my seeing the doctor. She was very kind, and compassionate.
Ms. Pardue did an excellent job of testing my handicap adult son's hearing and when above and beyond to help us. David's hearing aid did not seem to me be working properly because I thought his hearing had deteriorated. Ms. Pardue first looked into his ears. There was a large wax build up. She got another person to clean his ears for his hearing test. She did a fine job of testing David, a difficult problem because his handicap is autism.
