Kathryn was amazing throughout the process of buying our previous home and buying our current one. She was able tell what we need and want in a place and gave us listings that we loved. Her expertise, knowledge, experience, kindness and warm personality made us feel at ease. Her communication was timely and prompt throughout the process and her insights were incredibly helpful, especially when we were dealing with selling our condo. Kathryn's kindness, thoroughness, honesty, and professionalism are amazing. She made the entire process of selling my house incredibly easy and stress-free, and she was an absolute joy to work with. I live out of state now, but if/when I move back to Minnesota someday, she will be the first person I contact if I need help finding a place.

Loved working with Kathryn O’Malley! While we were veterans of home buying, this was our first condo and she was so good at getting our many questions answered. Not only does she have an insanely good eye for hidden things you might not notice, she’ll be a fierce (and realistic) advocate for the buyer.
