Ms. I've been seeing Dr. Gonzales since I was a baby. I have had a lazy eye my entire life and last year when I was 18, he gave me the okay to go ahead with corrective surgery if I wanted, which of course I did. I was very skeptical about how normal my eye would actually look after the procedure was done. The surgery lasted just about 1 hour and Dr. Gonzales did and amazing job. First-class Doctor Everyone is wonderful and great!
Dr. Garcia needs a new front office staff I have been to see Dr. Garcia twice and she has been great. Energetic, knowledgeable, doesn't keep me waiting, etc. Her office staff, on the other hand, is terrible. The first time I went to Dr. Garcia, her front desk staff overcharged my Flex spending card by $400 and they said they weren't able to refund the funds that day. I had to call back on a later day to get the card refunded which took way longer than it should have. Not to mention, it was paperwork nightmare with my Flex ac... read more

Great job I went to the Grammercy office, and I have to say I had a pleasant visit. The wait was a bit long, but so is the wait to all of my other doctors that I visit. They had all of my stuff already pulled and ready for the visit. I had a great gal, Georgina work me up. She was friendly and worked me up quickly and efficently and knew exactly what she was doing. Horrible Office Staff I made 4 appts at the Peakwood location. I went to the office to pick up paperwork prior to the appts. I stood at the desk for 10 minutes and was completely ignored by a total of 4 of the office staff.Not one of the ladies acknowledged me or asked if they could help me.The checkout girl was checking email because apparently that was more important. Dr Kathryn Musgrove We were very disappointed with Houston Eye after seeing Dr Musgrove. She did not appear to know what she was doing and was quite rude to my husband and I. We had brought our young son to her after being recommended by another dr. After a 2 1/2 hr wait in the overcrowded office we spent less than 10 minutes with her yet were charged $300 to be told that the treatment we were already doing was sufficient.
