Kathy is a phenomenal massage therapist. Her knowledge of massage and the human body is amazing, and it results in a massage session that is both relaxing and pain-solving. What struck me most about Kathy's work is that she is so very gentle. There was no aggressive digging into muscles or jamming into trigger points; she worked with the body in a way that was just so very comfortable. I left feeling both relaxed and invigorated, and I can't wait for my next massage!
