Kathryn, and her paralegal Sara,, were extremely difficult to work with. We had a small, uncomplicated estate. The first assessment Kathryn gave us turned out to be completely incorrect after we challenged her recommended disposition (which gave all assets outright to one individual instead of a pour over trust as stipulated). Once we cited statues to support our challenge, she agreed we were correct and blamed her paralegal for the "misunderstanding".
