Kathryn is the best person to work with when buying a house, she truly cares about your best interest. When buying my first house she was very helpful, she knows the industry and will fight to get the house that is right for you. One of my biggest pet peeves in both business and personal interactions is a lack of responsiveness to all forms of communications. I personally have a 24 hour rule and Kathryn surpasses my stringent expectations! She is quick to respond to requests even if just a quick text "doing a home inspection, I will touch base later today", I know that she got my message and will get back to me.
