Dr. Mandal has been our pediatrician for both of our kids (4.5yo and 15mo). She is kind, honest, straight forward and her and her team have made themselves available when we need it. I’ve never had an issue with same day appointments. I’ve always been able to contact someone and get answers when needed. She has been an amazing doctor to our kids and a great partner to us as parents. Highly recommend.
First let me start by saying that if you are anti-vaxx, this pediatrician is NOT for you. Dr. Mandal requires all patients to be vaccinated, which was a GREEN FLAG for my family. I chose this office based on the reviews and that it was in-network with our Aetna medical insurance plan when we were just leaving the hospital with my oldest in 2019. Dr. Mandal has been amazing. We have been using Dr. Mandal as a pediatrician for our two children since 2017. She is very thorough and patient answering my questions and does well interacting with my kids during their visits! When they are scared, she does her best to make it as "fun" as possible for them. Most of the nurses we have had are amazing and great with the kids too.
There's a nurse there who has been too rough with my son. Her demeanor has been bad at times and once after having an argument with the Dr. jammed a swab up my son's nose way to hard and way to far. I thought that might be normal until I saw the flu test done by another nurse - it was night and day. She has also been aggressive in shots, the last time I asked Dr. Mandal to give the shot and it was much different. That care should be expected as the norm, not something you have to ask for
I love Dr Mandal, in my opinion I think she is the best pediatrician she is very professional, well knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, sweet, generous, humble and my daughter loves her. Beside all her staff and nurses are top notch they are extremely nice and well trained. I highly recommend all the time to everyone and we will continue seeing her.

Dr. Mandal is a very thorough and detailed doctor. She makes sure that you understand the care that she is providing to your child before you leave. Dr. Mandal takes the extra step to refer you out to other doctors to make sure that all steps are covered to have the best outcome of care for your child. I am very pleased with the dedication she has for her patients. I would recommend Dr. Mandal to anyone who is seeking a great Pediatrician for their child. Above 5 stars!

Dr. Mandal is the best pediatrician we have ever encountered. She is genuinely caring, and always happy. We are so thankful we were able to find her for our daughter Madeleine Grace.
