I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this gynecologist. I waited over a month and a half for this appointment, only to have my time completely disrespected. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, and I didn’t leave until 5:00 PM. Out of those two hours, I spent only about 15 minutes in the waiting room—but then was left sitting in a freezing cold exam room for 1 hour and 45 minutes. She has been the best OBGYN doctor I've ever had. After three years of searching for the right doctor for me, I finally found her. She listened to my needs carefully and explained all the possibilities. I had read reviews, but what made me trust her was a testimonial from a radiologist's front desk office employee who had been a patient of Dr. H when planning her pregnancies. I hope I get to regain my insurance plan to be her patient again.
