When they forget about their patients, and then blame the hospital. Or how about this… they cancel your child’s appointment then after they don’t reschedule it they call DCFS and claim your neglecting your child. How about when sandy hangs up on you when you call the office 20 times to get your child’s insulin refilled. Then while in the ER and being admitted to the hospital they simply leave the hospitalist to make changes to your newly diagnosed diabetic child, then claim you you changed to child’s medication!?!? We took our son to see Dr. Eckert and she was able to help us figure out what was wrong with him. He is now beginning to grow and gain weight. I highly recommend Dr. Eckert.
My daughter is a patient of dr Eckert and is treated for pws. She adores dr Eckert and the nurses/office staff. They go above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable and are knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend them!
