ZERO stars if I could. Central Mass Dermatology is a disgrace. I waited over two months for an appointment, and less than two hours before, they called saying my referral “hadn’t gone through.” My primary care fixed it on the spot—but after speaking with Lisa, their billing/referrals person, I canceled.
