Kathryn is very smart and very professional. Her mind is like a steel trap, recalling minor details with precise detail. I have yet to list with her but she has been on the other side of a few listings and has certainly completely impressed me. In my experience, agent skill levels are quite varied but you couldn't ask for better representation than Kathryn's. Her family has been doing RE in the area forever. They take it seriously.
