Dr. Kathryn Baubly has been my husband’s and my doctor for many years, and now my son sees her as well. Whenever someone is looking for a primary care physician, I always tell them I have the best doctor and recommend Dr. Baubly. She is incredibly caring, takes the time to listen, and never makes you feel rushed. She truly cares about her patients!
I felt I received better advice at the local immediate care. Kathryn is very unprofessional and doesn't show any interest in the patient besides making some money. I would NOT recommend this practice to others.
My Dr retired, they seemed to have bought his book of business. This was a few years ago. I went once. I felt like I was being pushed to do what the Dr wanted regardless of what I wanted so I didn’t go back. Now I’m emailed, called and mailed to come to back. Um no.
Dr Kathryn doesn't let anyone advocate for the patient. She believes her office is allowed to make the patient keep a cards on file or pay for the visit up front and then the patient would have to get reimbursed from the insurance company. Her office also blames everyone else for not receiving information. Referrals, prescription refills etc. And when I tried to advocate for my husband she told him she would no longer see him as a patient.
My doctor of over 20 years retired with little notice. Dr.Baubly was reccomend by him as a replacement, and it didn't disappoint, she is able to work with my conditions and I would reccomend anyone looking for a family doctor to go here.
