I had a quick appointment with Dr Bates that lasted less than 10 minutes--I was simply requesting a referral for a preventative imaging procedure. I was charged for a 30 - 40 minute "detailed" appointment. I've left several messages with the office manager over the past 6 weeks (which I was told the office manager received) and never received a return call.
Excellent experience! Dr Bates took time to listen and answer all my questions. Did not feel rushed!
Dr. Bates is a WONDERFUL cardiologist, doctor and persona in general. Her hands-on approach and expertise in not Only her field but all fields medicine has kept me going back to her and only her with my cardio-medical needs. She surpasses all the others and makes being sick or ill seem not-so bad and ensuing death not so bleak. Thank u Dr. Bates! You truly ARE AMAZING!
