What a beautiful place! The staff here is very kind, courteous, and friendly. Dr. Nguyen was very efficient, honest, and professional. She took the time to explain everything to me and answered any questions that I had. She and her assistant made me feel completely at ease the entire time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen for anyone looking for a dentist.

This place is great and deserves 5 stars! My whole experience was very pleasant at Dental Design SD. I was welcomed by very warm and friendly staff with excellent customer service. Dr. Agatep is very attentive and professional. She is knowledgeable and was able to answer every single question I asked her. I had 5 fillings and I felt so relaxed since the entire procedure was painless. I will definitely recommend Dr. Agatep to my friends and families. She is an amazing dentist who genuinely cares about her patients. Thank you!

This was my first visit where I had x-rays of my teeth and full diagnostic work-up on my teeth and mouth. Dr. Nguyen and the Hygienist were very detail and thorough and gentle. They showed me pictures of my teeth and explained what was going on with my teeth. They made recommendations and gave me an itemized list of recommended procedures to follow-up with. I scheduled my follow-up appointment for the next day.

One note...I had hoped to hear about the financial implications of Invisalign vs. 6-month lower teeth straightening associated with my insurance. I didn't get to find that out before I left and would love a follow-up (email is fine) if possible. "

I had a tooth extracted and bone graft today & I have to admit I was nervous about my appt however, the Dentist was absolutely Outstanding!! She explained the entire procedure, made me feel comfortable, and answered my questions before she began the procedure. She extracted my tooth, did the bone graph and stitched it up and I didn't feel anything. She was assisted by a Dental Asst named Julio Ortiz. He was very outgoing, friendly & professional. I came in to get my teeth cleaned and whitening, i haven't been to the dentist in while, my treatment felt pain free. The chairs felt so comfortable, and i felt so relaxed. DR Kathrina was so informational made me feel safe. if i had any questions she would answer it with a smile. Also dentist assistant Julio Ortiz was amazing, he knew what he was doing, always had a smile, made me feel comfortable, very informational with any questions i hade.

I had 4 fillings done today. Her shots and fillings are relatively painless. I always find that the noise of the tools are scarier than the procedures themself. The cost is not cheap, but if you have insurance it is affordable. This was my first visit in 3 years or so, but Dr. Agatep remembered details about me from years ago. I also had a crown put in 3 years ago and it was a pleasant experience. I had to have an emergency root canal that day and she sent me to a specialist and then fit me in for the crown last minute. Tooth extraction. I am very scared of dentists. I am a very difficult patient. This was by far the best experience i have ever had. Some of my phobia may have been resolved due to this experience. Every one within the office i dealt with were fantastic. Dr Diana Nguyen, Julio Ortiz, and Betty Najera they all were great to deal with. Highly recommend for those with phobias
