I was referred to this provider through the military for chronic foot pain I’ve had for over five years. Despite recent and prior MRIs, I was told nothing was wrong, leaving me feeling dismissed. I even provided past MRI scans, which were returned in the same envelope without review. While this provider may work well with civilian patients, I felt there was little understanding of the high physical demands placed on service members’ feet.
