RecommendedYesterday I requested a bouquet be sent to an office for an open house 2 hours before the party started. The flowers arrived prior to the start of the party and they were lovely. Thank you for the prompt response - they loved the arrangement!
I went in this morning to get a last-minute arrangement for a co-worker's birthday. The lady helping me was able to quickly switch out a few flowers from a pre-made arrangement within my price range and they look great. They also have a small rack of cute cards for a variety of occasions. Much better than a grocery store florist!
Today I called Kathleen’s Flowers speaking to Debra. As my brother and fiancé were getting married at the courthouse at 2:30 he had no flowers for his new bride. It was 11:05am. When I explained the dilemma to Debra she gladly obliged as they were not super busy. I asked if a simple bouquet could be ready by 1:15. Again, no problem. I'm always confident that Kathleen's Flowers will do an outstanding job whenever I send flowers to my parents (I'm out of town). This week, I sent a bouquet for my Dad's birthday (he's turning 88) along with some chocolate covered almonds & pecan butter cookies from Andre's (what a great addition -- love this new option). Exceeded my expectations today! Ordered a flower arrangement for a friend's funeral. Asked if they could put musical notes or similar in arrangement. I said that my friend moved music. I did not tell them that he loved jazz, so am guessing they checked his obituary. The arrangement had saxophones and guitars and other instruments incorporated in the arrangement. It was perfect! Not AT ALL what I ordered. They used more greenery than flowers in the "deluxe" arrangement I spent a lot of money for. While it's pretty, it just isn't what I ordered.

My husband called Kathleen's Flowers today on a last minute idea he had. Mac and Yolanda went out of their wayand were so amazing we actually went by the shop later and thanked them personally. They put together the most beautiful arrangement and had it delivered in an unbelievably short amount of time.
