I live out of town, and I called directly to Kathleen's Flowers to order what I considered to be a significant arrangement to be delivered to a friend for her birthday. They sent me pictures, and I didn't love the arrangement. It wasn't poorly done, I just didn't like the flowers they chose. They were EXTREMELY accommodating and replaced a couple of stems for others. It turned out to be such a fabulous arrangement.
