I live out of town, and I called directly to Kathleen's Flowers to order what I considered to be a significant arrangement to be delivered to a friend for her birthday. They sent me pictures, and I didn't love the arrangement. It wasn't poorly done, I just didn't like the flowers they chose. They were EXTREMELY accommodating and replaced a couple of stems for others. It turned out to be such a fabulous arrangement. I got a message from a client's daughter whi lives in Germany in need of good flowers to be sent to her mother in Overland Park for Christmas. I googled florist near me and Kathleen's flowers popped up. Rebecca assisted me in choosing the bouquet that was on budget and they were absolutely fabulous flowers for the occassion. We’ve had lilies, gerbera, orchids, etc. I always ask for anything but spray roses, and leave it to you for something so beautiful (& same $ as grocery store). Thank you!
