Long wait, lack of communication, terrible “bed side” manner, multiple conversations instead of focusing on patient in front of her, dismissive.
Dr. Van is caring, warm, highly intelligent and professional all at the same time. She is able to address serious issues without causing any worry. She is a great Doctor and I am lucky to have her.
