After waiting for almost an hour I was finally seen. To then be quickly rushed through an eye exam to go to another waiting room for another 30 minutes. Then Dr. Van Valkenberg saw me and examined my eyes. She was sending a prescription for an eye drop steroid - which she never called in. I called the office 3 times and left various messages, one internally with staff that was marked urgent. Two days later, still no call back and no prescription called in.
