Great doctor. Very personable.
Very nice staff and office. Dr. Van very professional and knowledgeable. Just be prepared to wait because of eyes having being dilated and drops put in and it takes time for Dr to take a good look at your eyes. Otherwise great eye care facility. Had an appt at 845 am arrived at 815 am and saw the tech at 950 who did an amazing exam. Then saw dr at 1015 and left at 11. Too long a wait. My time is precious also. Maybe they should look into timing their spots. Better. .
Had an appointment. Waited for an hour on a workday and just left. Glad the Office decided my time was unimportant. Very dissatisfied.
This practice is very high tech. There are multiple technician who use a number of different optical equipment before actually seeing the doctor. We had a very short wait before we were called by one of those technicians. Dr. Van is very personable and we ((both my husband and I are patients) have always found her to be very thorough. She takes the time to explain things and answer any questions we have.
