Kathleen did an amazing job helping us get our property closed. She stayed up to date with title and escrow and made sure we had everything we needed for the HOA and that everything went smoothly throughout the transaction!

We met Kathleen by renting a place she was managing and during our stay she helped show us some (many) properties to buy. Ended up buying one and the process was absolutely painless and flawless and Kathleen now manages that propery for us to rent while we aren't in Florida
