We met Kathleen by renting a place she was managing and during our stay she helped show us some (many) properties to buy. Ended up buying one and the process was absolutely painless and flawless and Kathleen now manages that propery for us to rent while we aren't in Florida

Kathleen Stansfield from Exit Real Estate Agency was my 4th choice for selecting someone to sell my home. It turned out to be a very good decision. From start to finish, she did a wonderful job.

Kathleen Stansfield and Chrissy Royal work tirelessly for months to get our home sold. Never had an agent advertise a home to the extent they did. This was a difficult home to sell because of the location but they got it done. I highly recommend them.

Catherine was great. She did whatever she said she would do. She rented my place very quickly, and I was very happy with her. I do recommend her highly
