Two years ago, I had under eye filler done by Dr. Katie Viscusi. She gave me puffy eyes and one eye still has a visible injection mark. It looks like I have bags under my eyes. I’ve reached out many times, but not once did I ever receive a response. Other doctors I’ve since consulted have confirmed that the filler was not placed properly. I am extremely disappointed with both the outcome and the lack of professionalism.
I highly recommend Dr. Viscusi, she and her team are the best! They always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They are friendly, professional, thorough and just overall great people. I actually look forward to visits. They remember me and ask about my kids. The care I receive here is top notch and each visit I feel confident I'm being well taken care of. Also, the office itself is modern, updated and clean, which I love. I am so thankful to have found such a great practice!
