Dr puttman is an excellent physician, very thorough and a very good listener. However, your support staffing keep calling me at times I can not answer and they never leave a message saying why they are calling. Very annoying. Leave a message and a direct phone to the person(s) calling.
Dr. Puttman explained my upcoming surgery procedure very clearly to me. I conclude she will do the right thing when she does my surgery.
