I have been going to Kathleen Pendergast Therapy for five years and she has helped me tremendously. I originally sought her out for anger management, but it turned into also helping me with my OCD compulsions, my past traumas, and helping keep me grounded through some of my darkest days. I cannot recommend her services enough. She has been an incredible source of hope and a boost to my perseverance during the pandemic.
