Several years ago I was given the name of a realtor (Kathleen Peltier).. I contacted her about purchasing a condo on Fort Meyers Beach. After one phone conversation, she showed me photos of two condos. I chose one and she arranged a video tour with her phone. I liked her video so much that I made an offer.
