I have CNA's from Kathleen Norton come to my house to help my father bathe. He is 92, with Alzheimers and arthritic knees. Sometimes he's cooperative and sometimes argumentative. Every CNA who comes is kind voiced and patient. If he is uncooperative, they just sit and chat with him, or make the bed and when they ask again in a few minutes, he'll happily comply.
