My suggestion to you would to definitely have an attorney reveiw Kathleen Nichols work. I am up against a wall due to her work. Two attorneys who have reviewed my divorce papers said her work was inadequate. Funny how two attorneys have the same opinion. She also inserts in the divorce decree to seek mediation so she wants you to have to come back to her! Please don't make the mistake I have made.
