Mountaineering comes with several challenges, one of the struggles for myself was travelling through and around extreme exposed situations. Prior to my last trip that was going to involve lots of exposure I had some sessions with Kathleen in hopes it would eliminate or reduce my fear. I am so excited and impressed with the results and how my fear was transformed into confidence on Carstenzs Pyramid and can not say enough good things about Kathleen and Hypnotherapy.
